About these terms
This website is run by Aspirion Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15852545), registered office 2 Elmtree Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 3RY. By using it you agree to these terms.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only when we have sent you a written quote and you have confirmed it and paid as the quote says. The terms of each booking, including fare and cancellation rules, are in that quote.
Information and prices
Travel prices and availability change all the time. Anything on this website is a guide, not an offer. Photographs show places we can arrange travel to and may not show a specific hotel or product.
Our role
We arrange travel as an agent. The supplier of each flight, hotel or other service is responsible for providing it, and its own terms apply. We tell you who the supplier is before you pay.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, try to break it or send false or automated enquiries. We may block anyone who does.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for problems caused by things outside our control.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales can deal with disputes, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may use your local courts.
