Aspirion Ltd
Privacy notice.
How Aspirion Ltd uses personal information from this website.
Last updated: November 2026
Who we are
Aspirion Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15852545, registered office 2 Elmtree Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 3RY. We decide how your information is used (we are the "controller"). Contact: info@aspirionltd.com.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, e-mail, phone number, company (if you give it), and the trip or request details you type.
- When you visit: simple, anonymous visit counts: which page, the website you came from, your country and whether you use a phone or computer. We do not use cookies, the counts do not include your IP address, and we do not use advertising or tracking services. To stop spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection address is kept for a short time.
- When you e-mail, call or WhatsApp us: what you tell us and your contact details.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange travel for you. This is taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in running a travel business.
- To keep records the law requires, for example for accounts and tax.
- To understand, in total, how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to help you: the airlines, consolidators, hotels and other suppliers involved in your booking, and the providers that run our systems (website hosting, e-mail sending and receiving). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for as long as is reasonable to answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Booking records are kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. E-mail info@aspirionltd.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored on servers in the UK with access limited to people who need it.
