Who we are

A registered UK travel company

Aspirion Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 15852545) with its registered office at 2 Elmtree Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 3RY. We arrange flights for travellers and work with suppliers on agreed terms.

We sell as an agent. For flights we work through approved consolidators, and we do not issue tickets under our own airline accreditation. We say this plainly so every agreement starts from the same facts.

What we offer a supplier

• A clear counterparty: a limited company with public records you can check on Companies House.
• Customer service handled by us, so you deal with one contact, not many travellers.
• Careful records of every booking, payment and change.
• Prompt replies and a named person to speak to.

What we can provide on request

• Certificate of incorporation and company details.
• Director and registered office information.
• A bank letter or account confirmation for settlement.
• Our standard terms, or we review yours.

What we look for in a supplier

• Clear fares, commission or net terms, and how they are shown to us.
• Ticketing time limits, change and refund rules, and who to contact for each.
• Settlement and credit terms, written down.
• A support contact for out-of-hours problems.

We do not hold ATOL, ABTA or IATA membership in our own name. Where a product needs one, we work only with suppliers who do and we tell the customer who is responsible.
